What kinds of students attend Institut Montana Zugerberg?

We are open to all students who meet our academic requirements. We aim to maintain our international community of 300 students which currently represents over 40 nations. More than half of our student population are boarding students and have a Swiss background. 

Is there an application deadline?

There is no application deadline; applications are assessed on a rolling basis. However, to ensure a place at our school, we recommend sending in your application as soon as possible to avoid being put on our waiting list.

Do you admit students throughout the school year?

Thanks to our rolling admissions process, we admit students throughout the year but recommend entry at the beginning of a semester.

What information do you require for an application to be considered complete?

You must complete our application form and provide all necessary documents. Nevertheless, our admissions team is always available to assist you. 

Are there entrance exams?

No, however, we may administer placement and assessment tests to place you in the appropriate programme and language class.  

Do you help with administrative issues (i.e Visa, health insurance, etc.)?

Yes, the admissions office is here to assist you with your Visa application process and other administrative tasks. If you are not or insufficiently insured, you will be enrolled in our school's healthcare and accident insurance plan. For more information, please don't hesitate to contact our admissions team.
