The conference MMUN17 – Montana Model United Nations – took place for the first time on 4 November 2017 on Zugerberg.

On Saturday, 4 November 2017, 100 adolescents from 39 nations and schools in Switzerland and the whole of Europe debated on the issue of "Protecting the present to preserve the future" global political issues such as promoting women’s rights and ensuring freedom of expression.
