Montana Club

The Alumni network supports the international values of our school since more than 50 years

The spirit of Institut Montana is sustained by the joy of learning, the celebration of tolerance and integrity, and the warmth of lasting friendships that reach out across the globe.

Where it all Began

On the 4th of July 1966, the Montana Club was formed by ex-students. They wanted a permanent organisation for alumni who wished to stay connected with each other as well as with the school.

From Montana Club to the Institut Montana Zugerberg Foundation

In 2016, the 50th anniversary of the Montana Club coincided with the 90-year jubilee of Institut Montana. The Club decided to deepen the connection between itself and the school by creating the Institut Montana Zugerberg Foundation. Its role would be to safeguard the school’s vision and mission for the future.

How we stay connected

Regular chapter and reunion meetings around the world provide opportunities for members of Montana Club to meet. The "Montana Blatt" magazine is sent regularly to alumni.  We maintain a private community portal where former students and staff can reconnect with one another, join special events, network and explore a fascinating world of interesting lives and rich experiences.

No matter how many years you spend at Institut Montana, you will be part of our alumni community. You belong to a global family of vibrant, passionate individuals, who share values along with laughter and memories.
